Zone Change: 309 W. 55th Street S. from R-1 "Single-family Residential District" to B-5 "Restricted Commercial, Warehousing, and Limited Manufacturing District" Approve the request to change the zoning district classification of the described property from R-1 "Single-family Residential District" to B-5 "Restricted Commercial, Warehousing, and Limited Manufacturing District" based on the findings of fact and forward a recommendation of approval to the City Council. 1 5.
