Preliminary Plat of Spring Ridge 3rd Addition Approve the preliminary plat of Spring Ridge 3rd Addition to Derby, Sedgwick County, Kansas subject to staff comments and authorize the applicant to proceed with preparation of the final plat. 5. C. Review of Proposed Unilateral Annexation Make a finding that the identified land proposed for unilateral annexation is compatible with the City's Comprehensive Plan and forward the finding to the City Council. 6.
