Preliminary Plat of Spring Ridge 3rd Addition Approve the preliminary plat of Spring Ridge 3rd Addition to Derby, Sedgwick County, Kansas subject to staff comments and authorize the applicant to proceed with preparation of the final plat. 5. B. Zone Change: 2636 N. Nelson Dr. from R-1 "Single-Family Residential District" to B-5 "Restricted Commercial, Warehousing, and Limited Manufacturuing District" Approve the request to change the zoning district classification of the described property from R-1 "Single-Family Residential District" to B-5 "Restricted Commercial, Warehousing, and Limited Manufacturing District" based on the findings of fact and forward a recommendation of approval to the City Council. 5.
