Request to Vacate Complete Access Control Along Madison Avenue for Lot 5, Block A, Derby Medical Campus Addition Adopt a resolution recommending vacation of the access control along Madison Ave. for Lot 5, Block A, Derby Medical Campus Addition and allowing for one access opening approved by the City Engineer; and forward the resolution to the City Council for consideration. 6.
