RECOGNITION OF VISITORS SOLICITOR’S REPORT MAYOR’S REPORT The Mayor reported for February 2022 with total receipts of $64.12 which included traffic receipts of $30.73, non-traffic receipts of $0, and $33.79 in clerk of court and no miscellaneous receipts. There were 32 complaint calls,8 traffic citations,5 non-traffic citations, and no parking tickets. K-9 REPORT The K-9 balance is $1,548.95 at the end of February 2022. Proclamation by the Mayor - ABATE Motorcycle Safety – Month of May 2022 as Motorcycle Awareness Month ZONING OFFICER’S REPORT Shannon Cypher-Hart reported 20 complaints all were investigated. There were nine violation notices for February 2022 and 0 Zoning Permits for February 2022. COMMITTEE REPORTS Public Works – Snow removal, Alleys, Hannastown Road drainage repairs Buildings and Grounds – Block needs Repointed/Windows Public Works Garage, Plumbing and New Toilet Installation Feb/March Police Station, New Floor in Foyer Municipal Building Police – Neighborhood Watch Program Finance/Budget – Street Light Tax Mills for 2023 can be reduced Zoning/UCC/Code - Parks and Recreation - 1  Fire Protection – Pool Committee – Grants – Westmoreland County Local Arts Grant Program Deadline March 29, 2022~ 2022 Revitalizing Westmoreland Grants~ Community Conservation Partnership Program Grant ANNOUNCEMENTS Derry Borough Council went into executive session at the Derry Council Worksession held on Tuesday, March 1, 2022 at 8:38pm for administrative personnel and public works personnel.
