CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – ANTICIPATED LITIGATION Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to subdivision (d)(2) of Section 54956.9: The facts and circumstances involve issues pertaining to a certain entity who has threatened litigation against the City regarding an approved warehouse project, and in fact filed an appeal of a Planning Commission decision to approve same, which appeal documents are on file with the City Clerk.
