Call to Order and Welcome 2. Approval of the Agenda 3. Approval of minutes from Nov 4 meeting 4. Notification of hiring Barry Lonick to consultation and administrative support to the OSLP committee: The Board recognized that a couple matching grant deadlines are coming up very soon--the State Dept. of Agriculture and Rural Development in late December, and the federal Agricultural Conservation Easement Program, in early 2022. This past Tuesday the Board decided to hire local land preservation consultant (and township resident) Barry Lonik, in the short term, to seize these opportunities to apply, as well as review our PDR ordinance and other assignments. 5. Check in with Mark Teicher and Kathy Bradbury regarding any progress of the Master Planning Commission appointment 6. Discuss and approve Conservation Easements Monitoring policy to be brought before the Board of Trustees at December meeting. In order for DT to be eligible for Sate funds, we must have a policy to monitor conservation easements. Barry Lonik provided a narrative for such a policy for the Committee’s review. We need to recommend that a final draft of this policy be approved by the BOT at the December meeting. 7. Public Comment 8. Approval of a mailing to the public on OSLP. We need to agree on a design for this mailing and make a plan as to when and how it will get mailed out. We may need to seek approval for this expense from the BOT at the December meeting. 9. Update on plan for initiating a ballot proposal. Laura and Ginny have both researched and worked on identifying the tasks involved and a timeline for this initiative. We will review an integration of this information toward approving a sensible timeline as there are many tasks and approvals involved. 10. Update from Ginny on list of addresses for farmers, language for the letter to farmers, and proposed timing for mailing and events 11. Public comment 12. Adjournment
