SPECIAL MEETING CITY OF DILLEY CITY COUNCIL January 28, 2026 Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Dilley, Texas will conduct a Special Meeting on Wednesday, January 28, 2026 at 6:00P.M. at the City Hall, Convention Center Building located at 116 E. Miller Dilley, Texas 78017 The following items to be considered: 1. Call meeting to order 2. Roll Call 3. Pledges of Allegiance to the United States and Texas Flags Texas Pledge: "Honor the Texas Flag; I pledge allegiance to thee, Texas, one state under God, one and indivisible." 4. Invocation 5. Citizens to be heard This is the opportunity for citizens, visitors and guests to address the City Council on any issue or any item of the agenda, in compliance with LGC Section 551.007. City Council may not discuss any presented issue, nor may any action be taken on any issue at this time. Citizens to be heard are limited to three (3) minutes each. Executive session- called pursuant to the Texas Government Code Chapter 551, Subchapter D, sections 551.071 Consultations with Attorney & 551.074 Personnel Matters to discuss & consider the following items: A. Interviews for candidates for City Administrator 7. Open Session- take action on items discussed in executive session A. Action on candidates for the City Administrator 8.
