SUBJECT Planning Commission Meeting Minutes May 5,2026 RECOMMENDATION Planning Commission approve the Planning Commission meeting minutes for May 5, 2026. 5.2. SUBJECT Planning Commission Meeting Minutes June 2, 2026 RECOMMENDATION Planning Commission approve the Planning Commission meeting minutes for June 2, 2026. 6. PUBLIC HEARING 6.1. SUBJECT Public Hearing to consider Application 2026-06 - an application for annexation and prezoning of a 38.7±-acre site generally located on the west side of Road 92, south of Saginaw Avenue, east of the existing city limit boundary. RECOMMENDATION It is recommended the Commission conduct a public hearing and adopt the following: Resolution No. 1176 (Attachment “A”) recommending approval of the environmental finding for the project. Resolution No. 1177 (Attachment “B”) recommending approval of prezoning of the site. Resolution No. 1178 (Attachment “C”) recommending initiation of annexation of the site. 7. COMMISSION REPORTS 8.
