MINUTES Administration and Personnel Meeting Monday, March 23, 2026 at 5:30PM City Hall, 410 E Leffler Street, Dodgeville, WI I. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL The meeting was called to order at 5:30pm by Chair Jerry Johnson. Members present: Jerry Johnson, Tom DeVoss, Roxanne Reynolds-Lair. Others present: Mayor Barry Hottmann, Brian Cushman (EMS Chief) II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 1. Approval of minutes from February 23, 2026 Motion by DeVoss, second by Reynolds-Lair to approve minutes from February 23, 2026. Voice vote 3-0. Motion carried. III. OLD BUSINESS 2. Discussion related to city administrator recruitment process with PAA Motion by DeVoss, second by Reynolds-Lair to send out City Administrator assessment to appropriate staff. Voice vote 3-0. Motion carried. 3. Discussion of outsourcing for professional services for city related processes This was a discussion only topic. No action taken. V. NEW BUSINESS 4. Discussion and possible action on Public Works Director wages This was a discussion only topic. No action taken. 5. Discussion and possible recommendation to common council to hire 2 additional part-time positions. Motion by DeVoss, second by Reynolds-Lair to hire two casual positions, preferably Advanced EMTs (AEMTs). Voice vote 3-0. Motion carried. VI. ADJOURN 6.
