MINUTES Public Works Committee Meeting Wednesday, February 11, 2026 at 4:00PM City Hall, 410 E Leffler Street, Dodgeville, WI I. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL The meeting was called to order at 4pm by Chair Jeff “Potsie” Weber. Members in attendance were: Jeff “Potsie” Weber, Mike Olson, Tom DeVoss (alternate). Members absent: Larry Tremelling. Others present: Dylan Wadzinski (DPW), Evan Chambers (Town & Country Engineering) II. NEW BUSINESS 1. Discussion and possible action on a proposal from RES for water quality trading relating to phosphorus compliance requirements by the DNR. Motion by Olson, second by DeVoss to approve proposal from RES for water quality trading relating to phosphorus compliance requirements by the DNR. Voice vote 3-0. Motion carried. 2. Discussion and possible action to approve estimate from Municipal Well and Pump (previously Peerless Well and Pump) relating to Well #8 inspections and rehabilitation. Motion by Olson, second by DeVoss to table this item to future Public Works Committee meeting. Voice vote 3-0. Motion carried. 3. Discussion and possible action to approve estimate from Vierbicher to complete a Capital Improvement Planning Analysis for our city streets. Motion by DeVoss, second by Olson to approve estimate from Vierbicher to complete a Capital Improvement Planning Analysis for our city streets. Voice vote 3-0. Motion carried. III. Adjourn 4.
