CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL approve. 2nd by Mike. II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Pass 3-0 1. Approval of Minutes from April 30, 2026 Motion by Tom to enter closed session. 2nd by Mike. Roll Call Vote: Mike-yes, Tom-yes, Potsie-yes III. CLOSED SESSION 2. Consider adjourning to closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. sec. 19.85(1)(g) for purposes of conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved, specifically related to a missing sewer lateral issue IV. RETURN TO OPEN SESSION Motion by Mike to return from closed session. 2nd by Tom. Pass 3-0 3. The committee may take action on any matter properly discussed in closed session No action taken 4. Discussion and possible action on possible special assessment and the authorization of installment payments to correct missing lateral issue Motion by Mike to have conversation with land owner to charge special assessment V. ADJOURN of $12,754 plus interest of 3.5% to 4.0% to cover 15 years. 2nd by Potsie. Pass 3-0 5. Motion to Adjourn Motion by Tom to adjourn. 2nd by Mike. Pass 3-0.
