DORRIS CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REGULAR MEETING AT CITY HALL Monday, December 5, 2022 AT 6:00 PM Call to order: Flag Salute: Roll Call: Business of the Audience: This is the time set aside for citizens to address the council on matters no on the agenda or that are on the consent agenda. Comments should be limited to matter within the jurisdiction of the Council. Public Hearing and First Reading: Amendment to Title 16, Subdivisions, of the Dorris Municipal Code to update and establish standards for the application, review, approval, conditional approval, and denial of residential and nonresidential subdivisions and the acceptance of improvements associated with them. 5. First Reading: Ordinance 234, An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Dorris Adding Chapter 15.24, Electric Vehicle Charging Stations, to Title 15, Buildings and Construction, of the Dorris Municipal Code. 6. Resolution No. 22-28: A Resolution of the City Council of the City Of Dorris requesting the Transportation Claim the Allocation for 2022/2023 from the Local Transportation Fund.
