DORRIS CITY COUNCIL AGENDA SPECIAL MEETING AT YOUTH BUILDING Wednesday February 8, 2023 at 4:30PM Call to order: Flag Salute: Roll Call: Business of the Audience: This is the time set aside for citizens to address the council on matters no on the agenda or that are on the consent agenda. Comments should be limited to matter within the jurisdiction of the Council. If your comments concerns and Item shown on the agenda please address, the Council after that item is open for public statement. By law, the Council cannot take action on matters that are not on the agenda. The Mayor reserves the tight to limit the duration of each speaker to three (3) minutes. Adjournment Documents and material relating to the closed session agenda items that are provided to the Dorris City Council less than 24 hours prior to a special meeting will be available for public inspection and copying at Dorris City Hall, 307 South Main Street, Dorris, CA.
