APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM AUGUST 7, 2012 MEETING. 2. RENEWAL OF CONTRACT FOR GROUP HEALTH, ACCIDENT AND DENTAL INSURANCE. This is a request by the Personnel Department to renew the City’s contract with Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Alabama. Mr. Delvick McKay will be available to answer any questions. 3. AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES. This is a request from the Public Works Department to enter into an Agreement with Barge, Waggoner, Sumner, & Cannon, Inc. (BWSC) to provide professional services for program management for the Administrative Order on Consent (ACO) implementation. Mr. Jerry Corbin will be available to answer any questions. 4.
