NOTICE OF SPECIAL PUBLIC MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE PUBLIC BUILDING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF DOTHAN Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of The Public Building Authority of the City of Dothan (the "Authority") will hold a special public meeting on Thursday, March 23, 2023, at 3:00 p.m., central time, in the Board Room located on the Second Floor of the Dothan Civic Center, 126 North St. Andrews Street, Dothan Alabama 36303, for the purpose of considering the adoption of a resolution authorizing the election of officers of the Authority and the approval of various documents, instruments and actions by and of the Authority, including without limitation land conveyance deeds, a Construction Agency Agreement and a Lease Agreement for the renovation and development of a public facility in the City of Dothan (the "City") known as the Dothan Opera House that will be owned by the Authority and leased to the City.
