CERTIFICATE of RECOGNITION to ST. PAUL'S EVANGELICAL LUTHERAN CHURCH for its 100- year ANNIVERSARY. Mayor Huish provided certificate of recognition and thanked them for being part of the community. B. CERTIFICATE of RECOGNITION to HAVEN of DOUGLAS for its 5-STAR RATING from the CENTER FOR MEDICARE and MEDICAID SERVICES (CMS). Mayor Huish provided certificate of recognition to recipient Mr. Adam Brake on behalf of Haven of Douglas. Mayor Huish asked Mr. Brake to explain the type of services provided.
