NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING OF THE CITY OF DOUGLAS FINANCE COMMITTEE Pursuant to A.R.S. Sec. §38-431 .02, notice is hereby given to the members of the general public that the City of Douglas Finance Committee will hold a meeting at 5:30 p.m., on Tuesday, September 1, 2020, at City Hall - Council Chamber, 425 Tenth Street, Douglas, AZ 85607. MEETING NOTE: Due to the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, which have prompted declarations of a public health emergency at local, state, and federal levels, this meeting will be conducted using measures to protect public health. This meeting will he held remotely through technological means, as permitted under Arizona law. IN-PERSON ATTENDANCE BY MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC WILL BE PROHIBITED. Specifically, a live stream of the meeting will be broadcast so that members of the public may view and listen to the meeting online at this location: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCvi0d8LEvZONXw98165jqmA Other than the Call to the Public, the meeting will not include any items that would involve time set aside for public comments. Members of the City of Douglas Finance Committee will attend either in person or by telephone. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THESE MEASURES ARE IN PLACE TO LIMIT THE NEED FOR MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC TO PARTICIPATE IN LARGE PUBLIC GATHERINGS, WHILE ENSURING THAT THE DISCUSSIONS, DELIBERATIONS AND ACTIONS OF THE FINANCE COMMITTEE ARE TRANSPARENT AND CONDUCTED OPENLY. The City of Douglas Finance Committee, may propose or take action on all items listed on this agenda. Action taken as a result of public comment will be limited to directing staff to study the matter or rescheduling the matter for further consideration and decision at a later date.
