NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING OF THE CITY OF DOUGLAS FINANCE COMMITTEE Pursuant to A.R.S. Sec. §38-431 .02, notice is hereby given to the members of the general public that the City of Douglas Finance Committee will hold a meeting at 5:00 p.m., on Tuesday June 1, 2021, at City Hall - Council Chamber, 425 Tenth Street, Douglas, AZ 85607. MEETING NOTE: Due to the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, which have prompted declarations of a public health emergency at local, state, and federal levels, this meeting will be conducted using measures to protect public health. This meeting will he held remotely through technological means, as permitted under Arizona law. Specifically, a live stream of the meeting will be broadcast so that members of the public may view and listen to the meeting online at this location: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCvi0d8LEvZONXw98165jqmA Members of the City of Douglas Finance Committee will attend either in person or by telephone. The City of Douglas Finance Committee, may propose or take action on all items listed on this agenda. DUE TO COVID19 we encourage citizens to wear face coverings/masks inside city facilities and to have the proper distance between the public.
