NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village Board of the Village of Dousman will hold a regular meeting which will be open to the public on the 12th day of January, 2015, at the Village Hall located at 118 S. Main Street Dousman immediately following the Public Hearing which begins at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting will be to:  Call to order and confirm public meeting notice  Pledge of Allegiance  Public Comment  Consideration and Action to approve consent agenda which includes the following: o Previous meeting minutes of 12/8/14 o General Fund Bills - $1,326,578.33 o General Check #35538 - 35587 & Payroll Check #9650 – 9655 & 885 – 908 o Sewer Utility Bills – $22,746.18 o Check #10711 - 10731 o Water Utility Bills – $6,934.06 o Check #8195 – 8212 o Special Projects Account - $371,326.06 o Check #1070 - 1075 o December 2014 Building Inspection Report o December 2014 DPW Reports  Appearances – Consideration and Action may occur on the following matters: o Steve Totzke; Dousman Fire District Update o Steve Totzke; Amendment to Inter-Municipal Agreement  Reports Information or discussion and action taken at previous meetings, future agenda items and upcoming scheduled meetings. a. Report on discussion and action taken at previous meetings, future agenda items and upcoming scheduled meetings.  Old Business o Consideration/Possible Action on Ordinance #343 An Ordinance to Attach Property from the Village of Summit Pursuant to the Cooperative Boundary Plan with the Village of Dousman; Thomas R Poweleit; 36569 Sunset Drive, Oconomowoc, WI 53066 Village of Dousman Public Meeting Notice January 12, 2015 Page 2.  New Business – Consideration and Action may occur on the following matters: o Consideration/Possible Action on 2015 Impact Fee Increase o Consideration/Possible Action on Recommendation from Plan Commission regarding the zoning of 36569 Sunset Drive after potential attachment to the Village of Dousman o Consideration/Possible Action on Recommendation from Plan Commission Regarding the Calculation of Multi-Family Density with the areas designated as Low-Density Multi-Family on the Village of Dousman Comprehensive Plan within the Hwy 18 Corridor o Consideration/Possible Action on Herr/Stoneridge Property Issues, Letter of Credit and Status; Mill Pond Road/Hwy D o Consideration/Possible Action on Advanced Disposal Service Contract  CORRESPONDENCE o Waukesha County Cooperation Council Agenda o Waukesha County Executive Newsletter o League of Wisconsin Municipalities Newsletters  Adjourn to closed session upon motion made and seconded, upon roll call vote, pursuant to section 19.85(1)(e), Wisconsin Statutes, deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session, in particular to consider possible acquisition of property at 133 Henry Street for public services. Participating in the closed session will be the Village Board & Village Clerk. Thereinafter it is contemplated that a motion will be made, seconded and acted on by roll call vote to go into closed session for the reasons outlined above. At the conclusion of the closed session the Village Board may reconvene into open session to consider and take possible action on the matters discussed in closed session.  Adjourn "It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of other governmental bodies of the municipality may be in attendance at the above-stated meeting to gather information; no action will be taken by any governmental body at the above-stated meeting other than the governmental body specifically referred to above in this notice."
