VILLAGE OF DOUSMAN 118 S. MAIN STREET DOUSMAN, WISCONSIN 53118 NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village Board of the Village of Dousman will hold a special meeting which will be open to the public on the 8th day of March, 2016 at Lad Lake Property at W350 S1401, S Waterville Rd, Dousman, WI at 5:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting will be discussion on the following: What entity regulates Lad Lake (Ottawa through a CUP, the state, county)? What age groups are being housed? What types of crimes have the residents committed prior to placement at Lad Lake? Are the residents of Ottawa being victimized by Lad Lake residents? Why can’t a fence be built around the facility? Did Lad Lake receive an influx of residents from Norris? Will the Lincoln Hills incident bring more residents? Can a system be put in place that charges Lad Lake for Sheriff/Police responses? Can sexual predators be housed at Lad Lake? Adjourn "It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of other governmental bodies of the municipality may be in attendance at the above-stated meeting to gather information; no action will be taken by any governmental body at the above-stated meeting other than the governmental body specifically referred to above in this notice."
