MAIN STREET DOUSMAN, WISCONSIN 53118 NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village Board of the Village of Dousman will hold a special meeting which will be open to the public on the 20th of April, 2016 at the Dousman Fire Station #1 located at 107 S. Main Street, Dousman, Wisconsin, at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting will be to: 1) Call to order 2) Proof of notice of meeting 3) Introductions 4) Approval of minutes from the October 7, 2015 Budget Meeting 5) Approval of minutes from the October 26, 2015 Special Budget Meeting 6) Report on 2015 Financial Audit 7) Discussion/Action – Resolutions to approve $300,000 Line of Credit 8) Discussion/Action – North Prairie Letter 9) Report on Department Activities 10) Set date for fall 2016 Budget Meeting 11) Public comments and suggestions 12) Adjournment Adjourn "It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of other governmental bodies of the municipality may be in attendance at the above-stated meeting to gather information; no action will be taken by any governmental body at the above-stated meeting other than the governmental body specifically referred to above in this notice."
