VILLAGE OF DOUSMAN 118 S. MAIN STREET DOUSMAN, WISCONSIN 53118 NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village Board of the Village of Dousman will hold a special meeting which will be open to the public on the 3rd of October, 2016 at the Dousman Fire Station #1 located at 107 S. Main Street, Dousman, Wisconsin, at 7:00 p.m. 1. Call to order 2. Discussion / Action – Fire Department Funding Formula 3. Closed Session. a. Convene into Closed Session pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(e) Wisconsin State Statutes, "Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session". The topic of the closed session will be "Fire District Boundary Agreements". b. The Board will return to open session following this discussion. 4. Discussion / Action - Authorization to the Dousman Fire Board to discuss service boundary changes with adjacent fire service agencies 5. Adjournment "It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of other governmental bodies of the municipality may be in attendance at the above-stated meeting to gather information; no action will be taken by any governmental body at the above-stated meeting other than the governmental body specifically referred to above in this notice."
