VILLAGE OF DOUSMAN 118 S. MAIN STREET DOUSMAN, WISCONSIN 53118 NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village Board of the Village of Dousman will hold a special meeting which will be open to the public on the 17th of November, 2016 at the Dousman Fire Station #1 located at 107 S. Main Street, Dousman, Wisconsin, at 6:00 p.m. 1. Call to order 2. Announcement a. The Village Board will convene into closed session pursuant to section 19.85(1)(e), deliberating or negotiating the purchase of public property, the investing of public funds or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session: Dousman/Oconomowoc Fire District Consolidation. The Village Board will return to open session following the discussion. 3. Discussion / Action – Intergovernmental Agreement Establishing the Western Lakes Fire District with the City of Oconomowoc, Village of Summit, Village of Dousman, and Town of Ottawa. 4. Approval of minutes from the Joint Fire Board meetings – a. Annual Fall Meeting October 26th Meeting 5. Discussion / Action – 2017 Proposed Dousman Fire District Operating Budget 6. Discussion/Action – 2017 Proposed Dousman Fire District Capital Improvement Budget 7. Adjournment "It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of other governmental bodies of the municipality may be in attendance at the above-stated meeting to gather information; no action will be taken by any governmental body at the above-stated meeting other than the governmental body specifically referred to above in this notice."
