MAIN STREET DOUSMAN, WISCONSIN 53118 NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village Board of the Village of Dousman will hold a special meeting which will be open to the public on the 19th of April, 2017 at the Pabst Farm Location Station #1 located at 1400 Oconomowoc Parkway, Oconomowoc, WI 53066 6:00 p.m. 1) Call to order 2) Announcement a. The District Fire Board will convene into closed session pursuant to section 19.85(1)(e), deliberating or negotiating the purchase of public property, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session: Contract Service Agreements with other Municipalities. b. The Fire Board will not return to open session at the conclusion of the closed session. 3) Proof of notice of meeting 4) Introductions 5) Report on 2016 Financial Audit 6) Discussion – Five-Year Capital Improvement Plan 7) Discussion – Fire Service Impact Fees 8) Discussion / Action – MABAS Agreement 9) Discussion / Action - Resolutions to approve $200,000 Line of Credit 10) Discussion - Report on Department activities from 2016 and update on status for 2017 11) Set date for fall 2017 Budget Meeting 12) Public Comments and Suggestions 13) Closed Session – The Fire Board may convene into Closed Session pursuant to the following State Statutes.
