VILLAGE OF DOUSMAN 118 S. MAIN STREET DOUSMAN, WISCONSIN 53118 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village Board and Plan Commission of the Village of Dousman will hold a public hearing and a joint meeting on Monday, the 12th of June, 2017, at 6:00 p.m. at the Village Hall located at 118 S. Main Street, Dousman, Wisconsin. The purpose of the public hearing is to consider an application by Level 3 Communications, LLC to amend the Williams Communications Conditional Use Order that allowed construction of an access drive across property zoned conservancy in the Village of Dousman. The property subject to the current Conditional Use Order is located South and West of Venture Drive, including lots owned by BP Investments LLC (DOUV 1593-998-009), Lee M. Bleecker (DOUV 1593-997-006 and DOUV 1593-998- 008), and Level 3 Communications (DOUV 1593-997-004). The requested amendment seeks to update the conditional use order solely with regard to Level 3 Communications (DOUV 1593-997-004). The Plan Commission and Village Board may take action on the forgoing conditional use application, immediately following the hearing or at a future meeting date. A copy of the full application may be viewed at Dousman Village Hall during normal business hours. Written comments will be accepted, and all people wishing to speak will be heard.
