NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village Board of the Village of Dousman will hold a regular meeting which will be open to the public on the 12th day of March, 2018, at the Village all located at 118 S. Main Street Dousman which begin at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting will be to:  Call to order and confirm public meeting notice  Pledge of Allegiance  Public Comment  Consideration and Action to approve consent agenda which includes the following: o Previous meeting minutes of 2/12/18 o General Fund Bills - $766,532.41 o General Check #37191 – 37240 & Payroll Check #1636 – 1652 o Sewer Utility Bills – $63,837.43 o Check #11588- 11613 o Water Utility Bills – $14,457.18 o Check #9054 – 9075 o February 2018 Building Inspection Report o February 2018 DPW Reports  Appearances – Consideration and Action may occur on the following matters: o Chief Bowen; Western Lakes Fire District Monthly Report  Reports Information or discussion and action taken at previous meetings, future agenda items and upcoming scheduled meetings. a. Main Street. Thereinafter it is contemplated that a motion will be made, seconded and acted on by roll call vote to go into closed session for the reasons outlined above. At the conclusion of the closed session the Village Board may reconvene into open session to consider and take possible action on the matters discussed in closed session.  Adjourn "It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of other governmental bodies of the municipality may be in attendance at the above-stated meeting to gather information; no action will be taken by any governmental body at the above-stated meeting other than the governmental body specifically referred to above in this notice."
