VILLAGE OF DOUSMAN 118 S. MAIN STREET DOUSMAN, WISCONSIN 53118 NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village Board of the Village of Dousman will hold a special meeting which will be open to the public on the 25th of March, 2019 at the Village Municipal Building located at 118 S. Main Street, Dousman, Wisconsin, at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting will be to: Discussion/Possible Action Regarding Resolution #19-05 Resolution Authorizing the Issuance and Sale of Up to $2,702,294 Sewerage System Revenue Bonds, Series 2019, and Providing for Other Details and Covenants with Respect Thereto, and Approval of Related $3,179,170 Financial assistance Agreement Bond related documents (to be signed by municipal officials) Approval of DNR Financial Assistance Agreement (FAA) "It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of other governmental bodies of the municipality may be in attendance at the above-stated meeting to gather information; no action will be taken by any governmental body at the above-stated meeting other than the governmental body specifically referred to above in this notice."
