VILLAGE OF DOUSMAN 118 S. MAIN STREET DOUSMAN, WISCONSIN 53118 NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village Board of the Village of Dousman will hold a special meeting which will be open to the public on the 1st of May, 2019 at Summit Village Hall, 37100 Delafield Road, Oconomowoc, WI 53066 beginning at 6:30 p.m. to address the following agenda: 1) Call to order 2) Proof of Notice of Meeting 3) Announcement of Closed Session a. The District Fire Board will convene into closed session pursuant to section 19.85(1)(e), deliberating or negotiating the purchase of public property, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session: Contract Service Agreements with Other Municipalities. Also in attendance (and noticed separately) will be elected officials from City of Oconomowoc, Village of Summit, Village of Dousman, and Town of Ottawa. b. The Board will not return to open session following this discussion. a.
