VILLAGE OF DOUSMAN 118 S. MAIN STREET DOUSMAN, WISCONSIN 53118 NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village Board of the Village of Dousman will hold a special meeting which will be open to the public on the 15th day of October, 2019 at the Village Hall located at 118 S. Main Street, Dousman, Wisconsin at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting will be to:  Consideration/Possible Action on Western Lakes Fire District 2020 Operation Budget  Consideration/Possible Action on Western Lakes Fire District 2020 Amended Capital Budget  Consideration/Possible Action on Capital Improvement Projects with Delta 3 Engineering  Adjourn to closed session upon motion made and seconded, upon roll call vote, pursuant to section 19.85(1)(c), considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. Participating in the closed session will be the Village Board, Village Clerk & Utilities Superintendent. Thereinafter it is contemplated that a motion will be made, seconded and acted on by roll call vote to go into closed session for the reasons outlined above. At the conclusion of the closed session the Village Board may reconvene into open session to consider and take possible action on the matters discussed in closed session.  Adjournment "It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of other governmental bodies of the municipality may be in attendance at the above-stated meeting to gather information; no action will be taken by any governmental body at the above-stated meeting other than the governmental body specifically referred to above in this notice."
