PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village Board of the Village of Dousman will hold a
regular meeting which will be open to the public on the 9th day of March, 2020, at the Village
Hall located at 118 S. Main Street Dousman which begins at 6:00 p.m.
The purpose of the meeting will be to:
Call to order and confirm public meeting notice

Adjourn to closed session upon motion made and seconded, upon roll call vote, pursuant
to section 19.85(1)(c), considering employment, promotion, compensation or
performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body
has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. Participating in the closed session will be the
Village Board, Village Clerk & Utilities Superintendent.
Thereinafter it is contemplated that a motion will be made, seconded and acted on by roll
call vote to go into closed session for the reasons outlined above.
At the conclusion of the closed session the Village Board may reconvene into open
session to consider and take possible action on the matters discussed in closed session.

"It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of other governmental bodies
of the municipality may be in attendance at the above-stated meeting to gather information; no
action will be taken by any governmental body at the above-stated meeting other than the
governmental body specifically referred to above in this notice."
