VILLAGE OF DOUSMAN 118 S. MAIN STREET DOUSMAN, WISCONSIN 53118 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village Board and Plan Commission of the Village of Dousman will hold a public hearing and a joint meeting on the 13th of July, 2020 at 6:00 p.m., or soon thereafter as the matter will be heard, at Dousman Village Hall located at 118 S. Main Street, Dousman, Wisconsin. The purpose of the meeting will be to hold the following public hearing: To consider an application filed by Jodie R. Wright for a zoning district boundary change (rezoning) from A, Agricultural Land Preservation Transition District to RR, Rural Residence District. The purpose of the rezoning is to allow division of the 40.65 acre subject property into three lots. The subject property is legally described as follows: LOT 1 OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP NO. 11969, PART OF THE NORTHWEST ¼ AND SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST ¼ OF SECTION 33, TOWN 7 NORTH, RANGE 17 EAST; VILLAGE OF DOUSMAN, WAUKESHA COUNTY, WISCONSIN. The subject property contains a driveway providing access to a house on abutting property within the Village of Summit, having an address of 37935 Sunset Drive (STH 18). The Plan Commission and Village Board may take action on the forgoing rezoning application immediately following the hearing or at a future meeting date. A copy of the application and maps may be viewed at Dousman Village Hall during normal business hours. Written comments will be accepted, and all people wishing to speak will be heard. It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of other governmental bodies of the municipality may be in attendance at the above-stated meeting to gather information; no action will be taken by any governmental body at the above-stated meeting other than the governmental body specifically referred to above in this notice.
