PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village Board of the Village of Dousman will hold a
regular meeting which will be open to the public on the 10th day of August, 2020, at 118 S. Main
Street which begins at 6:00 p.m.
The purpose of the meeting will be to:

Adjourn to closed session upon motion made and seconded, upon roll call vote, pursuant
to section 19.85(1)(e), deliberating or negotiating the purchase of public property, the
investing of public funds or conducting other specified public business, whenever
competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session, specifically negotiating the
contract with the Village of Summit Police Department. Participating in the closed
session will be the Village Board & Village Clerk.
Thereinafter it is contemplated that a motion will be made, seconded and acted on by roll call
vote to go into closed session for the reasons outlined above.
At the conclusion of the closed session the Village Board may reconvene into open session to
consider and take possible action on the matters discussed in closed session.

"It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of other governmental bodies
of the municipality may be in attendance at the above-stated meeting to gather information; no
action will be taken by any governmental body at the above-stated meeting other than the
governmental body specifically referred to above in this notice."
