VILLAGE OF DOUSMAN 118 S. MAIN STREET DOUSMAN, WISCONSIN 53118 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village Board and Plan Commission of the Village of Dousman will hold a public hearing and a joint meeting on the 29th of September, 2020 at 6:00 p.m., or soon thereafter as the matter will be heard, at Village Hall located at 118 S. Main Street, Dousman, Wisconsin. The purpose of the meeting will be to hold the following public hearing: To consider a Conditional Use Permit application filed by David E. Nagy, Manager, on behalf of ORP Real Estate Holdings, LLC in conjunction with Prader-Willi Homes of Oconomowoc, LLC and Oconomowoc Residential Programs, Inc.; on properties zoned as GR, General Residential, to allow the following: (1) On property with an address of 242 Wolf Drive, to convert the current 4-unit multi-family structure to a 2-unit Community Based Residential Facility to house six (6) residents in each unit, along with additional parking spaces and other associated improvements. (2) On property with an address of 240 Wolf Drive, to add a second accessory structure (garage) to the site along with additional parking spaces. This property previously gained Conditional Use Permit approval for use as a Community Based Residential Facility. The properties subject to the proposal are legally described as follows: Lot 2 of Certified Survey Map No. 6929 as recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Waukesha County, Wisconsin, on December 7, 1992, in Volume 58 of Certified Survey Maps, Pages 122-124, as Document No. 1791732, being a part of the Southwest ¼ of the Northeast ¼ of Section 3, Town 6 North, Range 17 East, in the Village of Dousman, Waukesha County, Wisconsin (242 Wolf Drive); and Lot 1 of Certified Survey Map No. 6929 as recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Waukesha County, Wisconsin, on December 7, 1992, in Volume 58 of Certified Survey Maps, Pages 122-124, as Document No. 1791732, being a part of the Southwest ¼ of the Northeast ¼ of Section 3, Town 6 North, Range 17 East, in the Village of Dousman, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, together with a non-exclusive ingress and egress easement over Lot 2 of Certified Survey Map No. 6929 and as shown on said Certified Survey Map (240 Wolf Drive). The Plan Commission and Village Board may take action on the forgoing Conditional Use Permit application immediately following the public hearing or at a future meeting date. A copy of the full application may be viewed at Dousman Village Hall during normal business hours. Written comments will be accepted, and all people wishing to speak will be heard. It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of other governmental bodies of the municipality may be in attendance at the above-stated meeting to gather information; no action will be taken by any governmental body at the above-stated meeting other than the governmental body specifically referred to above in this notice.
