NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village Board of the Village of Dousman will hold a regular meeting which will be open to the public on the 11th day of January, 2021, at 118 S. Main Street which begin at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting will be to:  Call to order and confirm public meeting notice  Pledge of Allegiance  Public Comment  Consideration and Action to approve consent agenda which includes the following: o Previous meeting minutes of 12/14/20 o General Fund Bills - $248,910.18 o General Check #38727 – 38768 & Payroll Check #2272 – 2286 o Sewer Utility Bills – $15,897.38 o Check #12428 - 12450 o Water Utility Bills – $96,809.94 Check #9782 – 9804 o December 2020 Building Inspection Report o December 2020 DPW Reports  Appearances – Consideration and Action may occur on the following matters: o Chief Bowen; Western Lakes Fire District Monthly Report  Reports Information or discussion and action taken at previous meetings, future agenda items and upcoming scheduled meetings. a. Police Department 1. Report on discussion and action taken at previous meetings, future agenda items and upcoming scheduled meetings. b. DPW/Sewer/Water Department 1. Report on discussion and action taken at previous meetings, future agenda items and upcoming scheduled meetings. c. Clerk’s Office 1. Report on discussion and action taken at previous meetings, future agenda items and upcoming scheduled meetings.  Old Business o Consideration/Possible Action on Village of Dousman Leaf Pickup Program o Consideration/Possible Action on Successor to Village President for Emergency Management Village of Dousman Board Meeting Notice January 11, 2021 Page 2  New Business – Consideration and Action may occur on the following matters: o Consideration/Possible Action on Three Pillars Stormwater Management Agreement o Consideration/Possible Action on Review of Park Facilities Needs Assessment and Park Impact Fees o Consideration/Possible Action on 2021 Budget Amendment  CORRESPONDENCE o Waukesha County Park & Land Use o Village of Summit Master Plan Amendment Ordinance o League of Wisconsin Municipalities Newsletters  Adjourn to closed session upon motion made and seconded, upon roll call vote, pursuant to section 19.85(1)(c), considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. Participating in the closed session will be the Village Board, Village Clerk & Utilities Superintendent. Thereinafter it is contemplated that a motion will be made, seconded and acted on by roll call vote to go into closed session for the reasons outlined above. At the conclusion of the closed session the Village Board may reconvene into open session to consider and take possible action on the matters discussed in closed session.  Adjourn "It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of other governmental bodies of the municipality may be in attendance at the above-stated meeting to gather information; no action will be taken by any governmental body at the above-stated meeting other than the governmental body specifically referred to above in this notice."
