NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING VILLAGE BOARD VILLAGE OF DOUSMAN APRIL 8, 2024 6:00 P.M. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village Board of the Village of Dousman will hold a regular meeting which will be open to the public on the 8th day of April, 2024, at 118 S. Main Street which begins at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting will be to: • Call to order and confirm public meeting notice. • Pledge of Allegiance • Public Comment • Consideration and Action to approve consent agenda which includes the following: • Previous meeting Minutes of 3/11/24 o General Fund Bills - $ 146,042.56 o General Check # 40396 - 40423 & Payroll Check # 3042 - 3063 o Sewer Utility Bills – $ 38,477.06 o Check # 13490 - 13511 o Water Utility Bills – $ 13,463.67 o Check # 10565 – 10581 o Temporary Class “B”/”Class B” Retail License; American Legion Post 405, Memorial Day Service May 26, 2024 o Temporary Class “B”/”Class B” Retail License; Dousman Area Chamber of Commerce, Chamber Beer Garden June 22, 2024 and September 21, 2024 o Temporary Class “B”/”Class B” Retail License; Dousman Derby Days, July 25, 26, 27, and 28th, 2024 • Appearances – Consideration and Action may occur on the following matters: o Howard Jeanson, Rotroff Jeason & Co – review of draft audited financial statement and budget amendment o Chief Bowen; Western Lakes Fire District Monthly Report • Reports Information or discussion and action taken at previous meetings, future agenda items and upcoming scheduled meetings. a.
