NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING VILLAGE OF DOUSMAN VILLAGE BOARD January 27, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Dousman Village Board will hold a regular meeting which will be open to the public on January 27, 2025 immediately after the Joint Public Hearing and Plan Commission meeting (which starts at 6:00 p.m.) at 118 S. Main St. The purpose of the Meeting will be to: 1. Call to Order and confirm public meeting notice. 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Consideration and Action to approve Consent Agenda which includes the following: a. Previous meeting Minutes of January 13 ,2025 b. Operator’s License Previous meeting Minutes of January 13 ,2025 (Public Hearing and Village Board Meeting) a. (Cassie Brink - Dousman House) b. (Savannah Heffner – Dousman House) 4. New Business – Discussion and action may occur on the following matters: a. Talbot’s Woods Condos/General Residence Area – Condo Plat - Final Plat of Talbot’s Woods Condominiums for 23 duplex condominium style buildings (46 units) and associated Landscape Plan, Architecture Plans. MLG Dousman Investments, LLC – (TK DOUV0715998007 and DOUV0715998006). b. Talbot’s Woods - Final Subdivision Plat - Talbots Woods Single Family Development Final Plat, Phase One. MLG Dousman Investments, LLC – (58 lots) (TK DOUV0715998007 and DOUV0715998006) c. Talbot’s Woods – Phase I and Talbot’s Woods Condos/General Residence Area Early Building Permits 5. Closed Session A motion to go into closed session will be made and seconded and adopted by roll call vote, pursuant to Wisconsin Statute Section 19.85(1)(c), considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. Participating in the closed session will be the Village Board, Village Administrator-Clerk and Utilities Superintendent. Thereinafter it is contemplated that a motion will be made, seconded and acted on by roll call vote to go into closed session for the reasons outlined above. Reconvene in Open Session - Upon conclusion of the closed session, the Village Board will reconvene in open session, pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.85(2) for possible action on matters discussed in Closed Session: Consideration/Possible Action on Closed Session Items 6. Adjourn "It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of other governmental bodies of the municipality may be in attendance at the above-stated meeting to gather information; no action will be taken by any governmental body at the above-stated meeting other than the governmental body specifically referred to above in this notice."
