NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING VILLAGE OF DOUSMAN VILLAGE BOARD April 14, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Dousman Village Board will hold a regular meeting which will be open to the public on April 14, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at 118 S. Main St. The purpose of the Meeting will be to: 1. Call to Order and confirm public meeting notice. 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Public Comment (residents and taxpayers, please limit to three minutes) 4. Consideration and Action to approve Consent Agenda which includes the following: a. Previous Meeting Minutes  March 10, 2025 Public Hearing  March 10, 2025 Village Board b. General Fund and Utility Fund Bills -  Sage Software Payroll Check #3311 – 3315, 032125, 032126, 032127: $ 13,594.42  Workhorse Software: 40799-40872; Various ACH payments, Payroll V1000-V1012 $296,798.41, the fund breakdown:  General (Village) $169,331.60 (includes end of March-early April payroll)  TID $ 34,491.17  Water $ 34,185.67  Sewer $ 58,789.97 c. Class B Temporary Picnic License for the Dousman Frogs 5. Appearances – Consideration and Action may occur on the following matters: o Chief Bowen; Western Lakes Fire District Monthly Report o Police Department 6. Reports – Information/discussion/action taken at previous meetings, future agenda items & upcoming scheduled meetings. o DPW/Sewer/Water Department - Selling some old/unused equipment and possibly using some of the funds to purchase used utility truck. o Administrator-Clerk/Treasurer’s Office - Workhorse Conversion Update: new reports - ARPA SLFRF final Covid Grant Report - Possible Grant for cyber-security upgrades - Office help part time 7. Old Business (None) 8. New Business – Discussion and action may occur on the following matters: A. T.I.D. #2 Utilities’ Extension Project 1. Rock Road Pay Application #2 2.
