Human Relations Commission
Monday, November 19, 2025 - 7pm
Attendance: Stephen Albert, Fred Stanczak, John Fraser, Maxine Katz, Stephanie O'Mara, Chris Baccash, Abigail O'Mara,
and Borough ManagerJohn Davis.
The Minutes of the October 2025 meeting were approved.
HRC Endorsement of the Amicus Brief in Ethical Society of Police v. Bondi. John shared the details of new resolutions
passed by Borough Council regarding the enforcement of Federal-Immigration laws.
History Research Project. The Commission discussed the progress and details of the project as well as possible options
for recognition of those students who participate. Abigail shared her thoughts on the possibility of AP History students
being interested in this project.
Planning the Future of the DBHRC - Discussion of Future Activities and Projects. The Commission will need to decide
the future endeavors of the HRC.
