5. 212 Shewell Avenue, Tessa Senf, Property Owner. Recommended approval. (Tabatabai/Lamba)
6. 49 Meadow Lane, Sandy Dehaven, Property Owner. Recommended approval with the condition that the

residents to retain the tree if they wish to do so. (Tabatabai/Lamba)
Old/New Business:
1. Street Tree Planting Status Review. The next phase of planting will take place in September or October for
residents who have put in requests. STC members will meet, determine trees and locations with residents so that
Burger can coordinate on his side. Considerations for the next phase of plantings will be at Old Orchard/Clemens
tract.
Reports:
1. Chairperson Report: None
2. Arborist’s Report: McMullin explains that there is finally some good news to report. There may be a treatment
coming out soon for Beech Leaf disease. He noted that we should start seeing the decline in Oak Trees with
Bacterial Leaf Scorch which can slowly kill a tree over 8-10 years. Chemical companies and Arborist are closely
working together in order to come up with a treatment.
Public Comment: None
Adjournment: There will be no further business before the Commission, the meeting was adjourned at 7:33pm
(Tabatabai/Lamba)
