Borough of Doylestown Zoning & Planning Committee Meeting Minutes Meeting Date: Monday, August 14, 2023 Scheduled Time: 7:00 PM, Borough Council Chambers Members present were Jennifer Jarret, Curtis Cowgill, and Dennis Livrone, as well as Karyn Hyland, Director of Zoning. Call to Order The meeting of the Zoning & Planning Committee was held on Monday, July 10, 2023, and was called to order by Ms. Jarret at 7:00 PM. Review and Approval of Minutes Minutes from the June 12, 2023 and July 10, 2023 meeting were approved as submitted. (Cowgill/Livrone) Zoning Hearing Board July 19, 2023  ZHB 2023-09: 61 Pine Street, KYK Properties, LLC  ZHB 2023-10: 171 North Broad Street, Albert & Amy Tielemans Ms. Hyland reviewed the report. No action was taken by the Committee members. HARB Recommendations Sign Applications –  103 South Main Street, HG 103 Doylestown Real Estate Inc.  56 South Main Street, Doylestown Historical Society Building Applications –  24 Taylor Avenue, Lisa Peruto-Broad – Exterior Renovations  57 West Ashland Street, Clark Billie – Roof  160 East Oakland Avenue, Kathleen Pelley – Windows  169 North Broad Street, Reiner Financial Group – Windows  33 South Main Street, Ryan Miller - Awning The HARB approved all applications brought before them. The Committee voted unanimously to forward these on to Borough Council for approval. Ordinances, Amendments & Resolutions  Consideration of Ordinance Adding Lighting Regulations to the Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance – The Committee voted unanimously to forward this to Borough Council.
