CITY OF DRIPPING SPRINGS, TEXAS MINUTES OF THE CITY COUNCIL & BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT Wednesday, November 1, 2017 at 5:300 p.m. A Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Dripping Springs, Texas, was held on Wednesday, November 1, 2017, al 5:30 p.m., in the Council Chambers located at City Hall, 511 Mercer Street, Dripping Springs, Texas. City Council Members present were: Mayor Pro Tern Bill Foulds Council Member Travis Crow Council Member Wade King (arrives at 5:38 p.m.) Council Member John Kroll Council Member Taline Manassian City Council Members absent were: Mayor Todd Purcell City Staff and Appointed Officials present were: City Administrator Michelle Fischer Deputy City Administrator Ginger Faught Special Counsel David Tuckfield Special Counsel Andy Barrett With a quorum of the City Council present, Mayor Pro Tern Foulds called the meeting to order at 5:32 p.m. BUSINESS Consideration and Possible Action 011: A. Agreement between the City of Dripping Springs and the Lower Colorado River Authority regarding Texas Pollutant Discharge Elimination System ("TPDES") Permit No. WQ0014488003 from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality e'TCEQ") 1. LCRA Agreemenl A motion was made by Council Member KroH to approve the agreement. Council Member Manassian seconded the motion, which carried unanimously 6 to 0. A motion was made by Mayor Pro Tern Foulds to adjourn into Executive Session. Council Member Crow seconded the motion, which carried unanimously 6 to 0.
