It is the request of the City Council that individuals wishing to speak on agenda items with a public hearing hold their comments until the item is being considered. Individuals are allowed two (2) minutes each to speak regarding issues not on the agenda and two (2) minutes per item on the agenda and may not cede or pool time. Those requiring the assistance of a translator will be allowed additional time to speak. Individuals are not required to sign in; however, it is encouraged. Proclamation of the City of Dripping Springs for the Daughters of the American Revolution Sarah Pound and Jacob's Well Chapters, commemorating the semiquincentennial anniversay of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. No separate discussion or action on these items will be held unless pulled at the request of a member of the City Council or City staff. 2. Approval of the February 3, 2026 City Council regular meeting minutes. 3. Approval of Amendment No. 2 to Task Order No. 3 issued pursuant to the Professional Services Agreement between the City of Dripping Springs and HDR Engineering, Inc. for Downtown Parking. A Resolution of the City of Dripping Springs, Texas Approving the Design and Location of Two Gateway Monuments Along US 290 and One Gateway Monument Along RM 12 Within the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) Rights-Of-Way; Authorizing the City Administrator to Negotiate and Execute the Related TxDOT Gateway Monument Agreement for the Construction and Maintenance of the Gateway Monuments and Other Related Documents; And Declaring an Effective Date.
