Discuss and consider approval of the October 7, 2020 Dripping Springs Ranch Park Board regular meeting minutes. The caption is incorrect, and the minutes attached for approval are November 4, 2020. A motion was made by Board Member Reeves to approve the attached November 4, 2020 Dripping Springs Ranch Park Board regular meeting minutes. Board Member Carroll seconded the motion which carried unanimously 4 to 0. BUSINESS 2. Discuss and consider approval of the installation of a collapsible HAM Radio tower and concrete pad in the planter area near the electrical room of the Dripping Springs Ranch Park Event Center. A motion was made by Board Member Reeves to approve the installation of a collapsible HAM Radio tower and concrete pad in the planter area near the electrical room of the Dripping Springs Ranch Park Event Center. Board Secretary Owens seconded the motion which carried unanimously 4 to 0. 3. Discuss and consider recommendation regarding the appointment of members to DSRP Master Plan Update Project Sub-Committee. A motion was made by Chair Purcell to appoint Penny Reeves, Todd Purcell and Tina Adams to the DSRP Master Plan Update Project Sub-Committee. Board Member Carroll seconded the motion which carried unanimously 4 to 0. 4. Discuss and consider selection and approval regarding the DSRP Ranch House paint color and Administrative Office welcome sign. A motion was made by Board Secretary Owens to authorize staff to select paint color for the DSRP Ranch House. Board Member Reeves seconded the motion which carried unanimously 4 to 0. 5. Discuss and consider recommendation of adding a free Annual Pass to DSRP Arena and Trails as a City of Dripping Springs Employee Benefit. A motion was made by Board Member Reeves to recommend City Council approval of a free Annual Pass to DSRP Arena and Trails as a City of Dripping Springs Employee Benefit. Board Member Carroll seconded the motion which carried unanimously 4 to 0.
