City of Dripping Springs Farmers Market Association Board Special Meeting Minutes Thursday, January 5, 2018 at 2:00 PM City Hall, 511 Mercer Street, Dripping Springs, Texas I. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL COMMISSION: Gouri Johannsen - Chair Claudia Oney Lori Broughton Marianne Simmons - Vice Chair Charissa Giles Vacant Teresa Strube - Secretary Vacant Market Manager: Laurel Robertson Chair Gouri Johannsen called the meeting to order at 2:08 and conducted roll call. Claudia was absent. Board members present: Gouri Johannsen, Marianne Simmons, Charissa Giles, Lori Broughton, and Teresa Strube. Market Manager Laurel Robertson was also present. II. PRESENTATION BY CITIZENS Floor open to discussion on any subject. No action may be taken by law. Citizens wishing to speak shall do so after being recognized by the Chair. The Chair may establish a time limit on each citizen wishing to speak. No speakers were present. III. RULES AND REGULATIONS SUBCOMMITTEE Discuss and consider approval of: A. Dripping Springs Farmers Market Rules and Regulations Revisions Update project Discussed revisions, additions and deletions IV. ADJOURN Lori moved to adjourn at 4:20; Marianne seconded; VOTE: all in favor, motion passed. All agenda items listed above are eligible for discussion and action unless otherwise specifically noted.
