Discuss and consider approval of the Fiscal Year 2026 Founders Day Committee budget recommendation. 4. Discuss and consider needs for the 2026 Founders Day Festival and drafting of Request for Proposal for services and equipment rental agreements. 5. Discuss and consider funding for the dedication of a downtown bench in recognition of Brenda Medcalf's long service to the Founders Day Committee.
