Historic Preservation Commission Special Meeting Minutes July 12, 2018 at 3:30 p.m. A Special Meeting of the Historic Preservation Commission was held Thursday, July 12, 2018 beginning at 3:30 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers located at 511 Mercer Street, Dripping Springs, Texas. I. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL Commission Members present were: Chair Melissa Oehler Vice Chair Kelli Tucker Commissioner Doyle Fellers Commissioner Emilie Kopp Commissioner Bruce Lewis Commissioner Dean Erickson (arrived at 3:34 p.m.) Vacancy City Staff/Officials present were: City Administration Administrative Assistant Rachel Goodnight II. PRESENTATION BY CITIZENS Floor open to discussion on any subject. No action may be taken by law. Citizens wishing to speak shall do so after being recognized by the Chair. The Chair may establish a time limit on each citizen wishing to speak. No one spoke during Presentation of Citizens. III. BUSINESS Discussion and possible action regarding: A. Fiscal Year 2019 Historic Preservation Commission Budget Request 1. Staff Report – no staff report given 2. Public Hearing No one spoke during the Public Hearing. 3. Budget Request A motion was made by Commissioner Fellers to approve the Fiscal Year 2019 Historic Preservation Commission Budget Request as presented. Vice Chair Tucker seconded the motion which carried unanimously 6 to 0. IV.
