PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE led by Michelle Thompson ROLL CALL given by Clerk Melissa Glogowski PRESENT Julia Hunt Michelle Thompson Drecextel Robinson ABSENT Jeff Gunter David Joubert Clerk Glogowski informed the Board that she had received communication from Board Members Joubert and Guenter. Member Joubert had emailed to advise that he would be unable to attend due to medical reasons, and Member Guenter was out of town on business. DELEGATIONS-QUESTIONS & COMMENTS FROM THE FLOOR (Each speaker shall be limited to three (3) minutes) Board member Thompson open the floor for public comments, being none, the floor was closed. APPROVAL OF MINUTES N/A PUBLIC HEARINGS 1. SOLID WASTE COMP PLAN & CODE CHANGES Public Works Director John Vice gave the presentation for proposed updated changes to the solid waste section of the towns comp plan and land development code. Board member Thompson open the floor for public comments, being none, the floor was closed. Motion to approve the updated changes to amend the comp plan for solid waste by member Thompson. Motion Seconded by member Robinson. Passed unanimously. Voting in favor: Hunt, Robinson, Thompson The motion passed unanimously 2. LAND USE TABLE CHANGES Development Services Director Peterson gave the presentation on possible updates to the Land Use Table to consider the addition of new and removal of outdated classifications. REPORTS FROM OFFICERS Planning Department Comments Town Attorney Comments Board Member Comments Board Member Thompson commented on board attendance and possible reorganization, emphasizing the importance of regular participation by all members. She also suggested adding language to outgoing emails to highlight the importance of attendance.
