MAIN STREET, DUNDEE, FL 33838 Phone: 863-438-8330 | www.TownofDundee.com CALL TO ORDER at 5:30PM by Chair Aguilar PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE led by Chair Aguilar ROLL CALL given by Deputy Town Clerk Melissa Glogowski PRESENT Shiela Aguilar Edwin Manucy Jr. Rhonda Sara ABSENT: Michelle Smith Clerk Glogowski informed the board that she had heard from Vice-Chair Smith that she would not be able to attend tonight. Motion to excuse Michelle Smith, was made by Vice-Chair Smith Motion Seconded by member Manucy Voting in favor: Aguilar, Manucy, Sara The motion passed unanimously DELEGATIONS-QUESTIONS & COMMENTS FROM THE FLOOR (Each speaker shall be limited to three (3) minutes) Chair Aguilar opened the floor for delegation. No one was present in delegation, so the floor was closed. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 1. APPROVAL OF TREE BOARD MINUTES: • October 15, 2025 Motion to approve the minutes from October 15, 2025 made by member Sara Motion Seconded by member Chair Aguilar Voting in favor: Aguilar, Manucy, Sara The motion passed unanimously NEW BUSINESS 2. DISCUSSION & ACTION – FY 2025 – 2026 BUDGET & GOALS Tree Board members discussed the Tree Lighting Ceremony, stated that they would like to add small bottles of water to hand out next year as well. The Board then discussed options for the use of the remaining budget funds, which must be expended by September 30, 2026. The Board discussed participation in Dundee Elementary’s S.T.R.E.A.M. Night scheduled for March 12, 2026, as well as potential Arbor Day celebrations to be held on a Saturday in April. Public Works Director John Vice stated that he will present information at the February meeting regarding landscaping at the new splash pad as a potential project for consideration. 3. DISCUSSION – TREE TRIMMING AND REMOVAL UPDATE Public Works Director, John Vice and Parks & Recreation Department Lead, Mike Driggers provided an update on tree trimming and removal since the last Tree Board meeting.
