Town Manager Davis assured Mr. Ali that no such designation had been made. Mayor Pennant suggested that Mr. Ali have a meeting with Town Manager Davis to discuss his concerns. APPROVAL OF CONSENT AGENDA: CONSENT AGENDA FOR JUNE 27, 2023 Town Manager Davis reported that the year for Planning and Zoning meeting minutes for December 15 should have been 2022 instead of 2023.  MOTION TO APPROVE the consent agenda with changes for the meeting of June 27, 2023, made by Goddard, Seconded by Glenn. Planning & Zoning February 16, 2023 APPROVAL OF AGENDA MOTION TO APPROVE the regular meeting agenda for the meeting of June 27, 2023, made by Quarles, Seconded by Goddard. Passed Unanimously. Voting Yea: Glenn, Goddard, Quarles, Richardson, Pennant PROCLAMATIONS, RECOGNITIONS AND DESIGNATIONS MOTION TO SUPPORT June 2023 as LGBTQ Pride Month made by Goddard, Seconded by Glenn. PROCLAMATION, PRIDE MONTH Mayor Pennant read the proclamation into the record and presented the proclamation to Scott Guira and Kerry McCoy from Polk Pride and Lakeland Youth Alliance. NEW BUSINESS 2. RESOLUTION 23-08, PERMIT FEE REDUCTION FUND Assistant Town Attorney Claytor read the resolution title of Resolution 23-08 into the record. Town Manager Davis gave the analysis. DISCUSSION AND ACTION, TOWNWIDE TRAFFIC ANALYSIS AND ADEQUACY DETERMINATION Alex Anaya from ESRP Corporation gave the traffic analysis and adequacy determination presentation. 5. RESOLUTION 23-11, TOWNWIDE TRAFFIC ANALYSIS AND ADEQUACY DETERMINATION Assistant Town Attorney Claytor read the resolution title of Resolution 23-11 into the record. Mayor Pennant opened the floor for comments from the public; seeing no public come forth, the floor was closed. MOTION TO APPROVE Resolution 23-11 made by Quarles, Seconded by Richardson. Passed Unanimously. Voting Yea: Glenn, Goddard, Quarles, Richardson, Pennant 6. DISCUSSION AND ACTION, FDOT AGREEMENT Assistant Town Attorney Claytor gave the analysis. Mayor Pennant opened the floor for comments from the public; seeing no public come forth, the floor was closed. MOTION TO AUTHORIZE Town Staff and Town Attorney to draft a cancellation letter that can be executed by the Town Manager on behalf of the Commission made by Quarles, Seconded by Richardson. Passed unanimously. Voting Yea: Glenn, Goddard, Quarles, Richardson, Pennant REPORTS FROM OFFICERS Dundee Fire Department – Fire Chief Carbone updated the run totals. Town Attorney – Assistant Town Attorney Claytor welcomed Code Officer Williams to the Town of Dundee. Town Manager Davis stated that the Town received a thank you letter from the family of Commissioner Powell. Town Manager Davis thanked everyone who participated in the grand opening of the Dundee Story Walk Town Manager Davis announced the 4th of July event. Town Manager Davis announced the beautification program that was passed at the last Tree Board meeting. ADJOURNMENT at 9:00PM
